 UK Sales Director – London Minimize

Salary £60k+ basic, £100k+ ote

 

My client is a worldwide leading provider of virtualisation technologies.

They provide both hardware and software solutions that prove to be extremely cost effective for business of all sizes.

They are ideal for virtualisation, cloud computing and data centre deployments which deliver fast bandwidth to each server with a quality of service controls that let data centre manager get the most from each server.

Founded in the US in 2004, my client is now looking to grow rapidly in the UK, and is looking for a UK SALES DIRECTOR to join the team.

The Role • Initial responsibilities will include new business generation to establish my client in the UK both short term and long term opportunities • You will be selling their full portfolio of products – focused around virtualisation technologies.

• Establish relationships and Negotiating at Director and C-Level • Establish and maintaining relationships with new clients, and existing partners • You will be communication my client’s technical value in large enterprise environments The Person The right individual will;- • HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING A RANGE OF VIRTUALISATION TECHNOLOGIES • 7-10 years successful experience building and managing a sales territory in growing business environment, including prospecting, replacing an incumbent / competitor • Aggressive self starter with a proven track record in new business sales • Have the ability to build executive relationships, articulating my client’s product and business strategies and creating the demand to close deals • Data centre virtualisation knowledge and experience is strongly preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of working with complex technical accounts including calls on key decision makers and all other technical and business influencers required.

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF ACHIEVING A QUOTE OF $10M • Start up experience preferred • Expertise in selling to UK enterprise and service provider companies • Self motivated and has a proven track record in achieving targets.

• You will be fully knowledgeable on current industry issues and policies
