Working together we can help define the role and the key competencies required as well as finalising salary and package details to ensure we attract the correct candidates for the role
2. Targeting and approaching candidates
• Sourcing Candidates
As well as using the highest profile job boards, and our own extensive database to source the right candidates for you, we also source passive candidates to ensure you have the most complete short list of candidates possible.
• Candidate evaluation
Our consultants conduct in-depth candidate interviews in order to be able to provide a thorough and objective analysis of the capabilities of candidates and their 'fit' to your organisation.
• Short list presentation
Providing clear and comprehensive reports including full candidate profiles .
• Placement
Our consultants are experienced at securing the appointment through managing negotiations, offer confirmation and securing references.
3. Candidate care
As well as providing the highest levels of service to our clients, we also maintain regular communication with candidates throughout ensuring that they are clear as to the process and that their interest in the role is retained.
4. Follow up
Once the appointment has been made we follow up with the candidate to obtain feedback and a thorough evaluation of the placement and the process undertaken.
